Credentials. Following the completion of a two year General Art and Design Course at Trowbridge College in 2000, Cath gained a First Class BA honours degree in Ceramics in 2005 from Bath University where she is now studying for an MA in Ceramics.

Collograph. Inspired by plants and a love of shapes and colour Cath makes collographs using wallpaper and old prints of her own. The collaged image is glued onto a backing board and sealed with P.V.A. They are richly textured and made up of many layers, giving a depth to the finished print enhanced by the shaping of the boards.

Screen printing. The screen printing is a new departure for Cath; using stencils and vigorous mark making she uses the human form as a starting point.  She sees printmaking as a way of producing original artworks, not as a means of mass production, so each piece is individually made and finished but could be part of a series of ideas.
